A timely tourniquet saved a motorcyclist's life in Haro

After a crash that caused the traumatic amputation of a leg, Guardia Civil officers applied a tourniquet within the first minutes and contained the massive bleeding. The doctor who treated him stated that this early action was decisive in getting him to hospital alive.
